1. Structure: The front chest and back protective layers of the riot gear are constructed with 2.0 mm thick aluminum alloy splicing layers, engineering plastic molded armor, and soft energy-absorbing materials. The limb protective layers are made of reinforced nylon molded armor and soft energy-absorbing materials. The groin protection is composed of 2.0 mm thick integral aluminum alloy plates and soft energy-absorbing materials.
2. Protective Area: Chest and groin ≥0.10m²; back ≥0.10m²; upper limbs (both arms) ≥0.18m²; lower limbs (including foot dorsum) ≥0.30m².
3. Weight: ≤7.5kg.
4. Structural Connection Strength: Snap fastener strength>500N; Velcro fastening strength>7.0N/cm²; connecting strap strength>2000N.
5. Anti-puncture Performance: The chest, back, and front groin areas of riot gear (excluding seams) are tested using standard GA68-compliant knives. The knives penetrate protective components vertically with 20J kinetic energy without piercing the material.
6. Impact resistance: When any protective component of the riot gear is placed on a rigid surface and subjected to a 120J energy impact, the component shows no damage or cracking.
7. Energy absorption performance upon impact: The front chest and back components of the riot gear were placed flat on standard adhesive clay, subjected to a 100J energy impact, with the indentation depth of the adhesive clay ≤12mm;
8. Environmental adaptability: -20°C to +55°C.。
