The full-body bulletproof vest includes insert plates, front panel, rear panel, shoulder pads, neck guards, groin protectors, and waist protectors. The protective layer of the bulletproof vest is composed of 38 layers of aramid UD (surface density: 8.24 kg/m²), 0.5 mm PC, and 7.0 mm foam. The insert plates are made of 6.0 mm alumina and 8.0 mm PE.
Body armor weight: 5.02 kg (±0.02 kg). Ballistic insert mass: Front panel 2.04 kg, rear panel 2.03 kg.
Protective area:
(1) Ballistic insert: Front panel 0.07 m², rear panel 0.07 m²;
(2) Body armor: Front panel 0.06 m², rear panel 0.06 m².
At ambient temperature:
(1) Range: 15 m, firing angle: 0°;
(2) Bullet velocity: Front panel 737 m/s–745 m/s, rear panel 740 m/s–745 m/s; Impact condition: No penetration.
(3) Back lining material indentation depth ≤25.0 mm.
At high temperature (55°C ±2°C, constant temperature for 4 h):
(1) Range: 15 m, firing angle: 0°;
(2) Bullet velocity: Front panel 737 m/s–743 m/s, rear panel 738 m/s–743 m/s; Impact condition: No penetration.
(3) Back lining material indentation depth ≤25.0 mm.
Water resistance (tested in 0.5 m depth water for 30 minutes):
(1) Range: 15 m, firing angle: 0°;
(2) Bullet velocity: Front panel 735 m/s–741 m/s, rear panel 738 m/s–742 m/s; Impact condition: No penetration.
(3) Back lining material indentation depth ≤25.0 mm.
