Technical Specifications

1. Structure: Composed of a double-layered circular shield body, gripping device, and arm cushioning pad.
2. Material: The outer circular shield shall be no less than 4.5mm thick PC, while the inner circular shield shall be no less than 4.0mm thick PC;
3. Weight: ≤2.5kg;

5. Connection strength: The connecting components of the gripping device and the connection between the gripping device and the shield body must withstand a tensile force of ≥500N. No detachment, loosening, disengagement, or fracture was observed after testing;
6. Impact resistance: The riot shield can withstand a kinetic energy impact of 147J without resulting in penetration holes or through-cracking at the impact point.
7. Piercing resistance performance: The riot shield can withstand puncture with 147J kinetic energy, with the maximum piercing diameter at the stress point ≤6mm, and no penetrating cracks observed beyond a stress point radius of 20mm.
8. Impact resistance: The riot shield can withstand impacts with a linear velocity of 18 m/s ± 0.3 m/s and energy of 342 J ± 13 J, without resulting in fragmentation, cracking, or indentation of the shield body.
9. Impact resistance: The upper edge of the riot shield can withstand strikes with linear velocity of 8.5 m/s ± 0.5 m/s and energy of 100 J ± 5 J, leaving no more than 50 mm of cutting marks after testing.
10. Flame retardancy: The external surface of the shield maintains a sustained flame duration of ≤5 seconds.
11. Temperature tolerance:
1) High-temperature test: When exposed to 55°C ± 2°C for 4 hours, the shield must withstand impact within 5 minutes to meet durability requirements.
2) Low Temperature: Place the riot shield under conditions of-30°C ±2°C for 4 hours, then conduct the test within 5 minutes after removal, which meets the impact resistance requirements.
