2. Structural dimensions

Mechanical vibration resistance

When the product is powered on, it is controlled by amplitude at 2hz-9hz, with amplitude of 3.5mm; when it is 9hz-150hz, it is controlled by acceleration, with acceleration of 10m / S2; when it is 2hz-9hz-150hz-9hz-2hz, it is a cycle, after 20 cycles in total, the product function is normal, the structure is not affected, and the parts are not loose

Salt spray corrosion resistance: the product shell anti-corrosion coating and pixel support base plate shall be placed in the salt spray box for 168h, and there shall be no obvious rust phenomenon, and the metal components shall be free of red rust spots.

The protection grade of product shell shall not be lower than IP56 according to gb7000.1

Temperature resistance

Under the working condition of power on: put it into the temperature alternating test chamber, keep it at high temperature of 70 ℃ for 2 hours, transfer it to the low temperature - 40 ℃ test chamber for 2 hours within 3 minutes, and transfer it to the high temperature test chamber within 3 minutes, thus circulating for 5 times. After the test, the product shall be started normally with correct logic.

Weather resistance

After two years of natural exposure test and artificial accelerated aging test, the accumulated energy of the anti-corrosion coating, pixel and support base plate of the product reaches 3.5x10? KJ / m2, the appearance of the product shall be free from obvious fading, pulverization, cracking, dissolution, corrosion and other aging phenomena, and the mechanical property retention rate of non-metallic materials shall be greater than 90%
