Composition: single function tachometer is composed of tachometer unit, operation unit, etc. The compound function tachometer consists of a tachometer unit, an image acquisition unit and an image processing unit.
Appearance: the external surface of all components shall be smooth and flat, without dents, scratches, cracks and deformation affecting the use. The surface of the metal shell shall be provided with anti rust and anti-corrosion coating, and the metal parts shall not be rusted.
Nameplate and identification: the nameplate and identification shall be fixed at the eye-catching position of the main engine or main components of the speedometer, and can be kept permanently. The nameplate shall at least indicate the manufacturer's name, trademark and unique number of the main engine or main components. The mark shall indicate the service conditions of the tachometer, including: speed measuring range, measuring angle, measuring area, etc.
Basic functions: single function tachometer shall have the functions of speed measurement, speed limit setting, overspeed alarm and reading locking. The compound function tachometer shall have the functions of speed measurement, speed limit setting, overspeed alarm, image acquisition and processing, etc.
Electrical components: the rated voltage of power supply shall be: AC 220V 50Hz or DC 12V, DC 24V, DC 36V. The tachometer shall have independent power control switch. The tachometer shall be equipped with overload, power reverse connection (when the power supply is DC) and short circuit protection device to protect the internal circuit. For the tachometer with rated voltage of AC 220V and 50Hz, lightning protection measures shall be taken.
Speed measuring range: static speed measuring: the speed measuring instrument for general highway shall at least meet 20km / h-120km / h; the speed measuring instrument for Expressway shall at least meet 20km / h-180km / h.
Road measurement error: install the standard speedometer on the measuring vehicle. During the test, the measuring vehicle is driven at the speed points near 20km / h, 60km / h, 90km / h and 120km / h (generally there is a speedometer on the highway) or the speed points near 20km / h, 60km / h, 90km / h and 120km / h, 150km / h and the speed above 150km / h (speedometer is used on the highway). The speedometer measured value and the standard speedometer speed value are compared to calculate the speedometer error. Under the marked use conditions: when the vehicle speed is less than 100km / h, the road measurement error shall not exceed 100km / h, and the road measurement error shall not exceed - 6km / h-0km / h; when the vehicle speed is greater than or equal to 100km / h, the road measurement error shall not exceed - 6km / h-0km / h of the vehicle speed.
Speed image correspondence: under the marked use conditions, the motor vehicle reflected in the collected image and the tested motor vehicle shall be the same vehicle.
Response time: the response time of the tachometer shall not be greater than 0.5s.
Over speed vehicle capture rate: over speed vehicle capture rate of speedometer shall not be less than 90%
Image recording requirements: the image file collected by the tachometer shall be in JPEG format, with tamper proof function, and the image resolution shall not be less than 720 * 288 pixels; the image shall be able to display vehicle type and other features, and the clarity shall meet the requirements of manual identification of vehicle number plate. Each image shall include: time (mm / DD / yyyy, HHM / s), location, speed limit value of road section, measured value of vehicle speed, etc. If there are two or more images in the speed measurement record of the speedometer, all the images shall be combined into one document.
Timing error: the timing error of the speedometer within 24 hours shall not exceed 1 s.
Power supply adaptability: when the rated power supply is DC12V, adjust the power supply to 16.0v and 10.8V respectively, each working for 1h, and the tachometer shall work normally.
Electrostatic discharge immunity: the tachometer works normally with power on, and the shell is grounded according to the use requirements. The test configuration shall meet the requirements of GB / t17626.2. The discharge point shall be selected for the discharge test on the surface easy to be touched by the operator when using the tachometer normally. The test rate shall be 2S discharge once. Each discharge point shall discharge 10 times for the positive and negative polarity respectively, and the test level shall be level 2. There shall be no electrical fault during and after the test, and the test result evaluation shall meet the requirements of class B in GB / T17626 series standards.
High temperature operation: put the speedometer into the high temperature test chamber, and work continuously under the temperature of 60 ℃± 2 ℃ for 24h. During and after the test, there shall be no electrical fault, no obvious deformation in appearance, and the function shall be normal.
Low temperature operation: put the speedometer into the high temperature test chamber, and work continuously under the temperature of - 20 ℃± 2 ℃ for 24h. During and after the test, there shall be no electrical fault, no obvious deformation in appearance, and the function shall be normal.
Constant damp heat: put the speedometer into the test chamber, keep it for 24h in the environment with the temperature of 40 ℃± 2 ℃'and the relative temperature of 90% - 95%, and then switch on the power supply for 24h. There shall be no electrical fault during and after the test, no obvious deformation in appearance and normal function. The insulation resistance shall not be less than 5m Ω.
Vibration: install the unpowered tachometer on the vibration test bench according to the working position, and carry out the constant frequency vibration test in the front, back, left, up and down directions, with the vibration frequency of 33hz ± 0.66hz, the vibration acceleration value of 9.8/s2, and the continuous vibration in each direction for 2h. After the test, the speedometer shall be free of permanent structural deformation and substation failure; parts shall be free of damage; fasteners shall be free of looseness; connectors shall be free of falling off or poor contact, and their functions shall be normal.
Shock: install the non powered tachometer on the vibration test bench according to the working position, and carry out three times of half sine wave pulse shock test with peak acceleration of 98m / S2 and pulse duration of 11ms in front, back, left, right and up and down directions respectively. After the test, the speedometer shall be free of permanent structural deformation and substation failure; parts shall be free of damage; fasteners shall be free of looseness; connectors shall be free of falling off or poor contact, and their functions shall be normal.
This product has passed the inspection of the national road traffic safety product quality supervision and inspection center and the traffic safety product quality supervision and inspection center of the Ministry of public security, and the executive standard is GB / T 21255-2007 motor vehicle speedometer.
